Our Dentists

Dr. David Chung

General Dentist

Dr. Chung was born and raised in Edmonton - and despite loving Calgary life, the Oilers will always have his heart (Go Oilers Go!). He received his BSc degree in Pharmacology with distinction at the University of Alberta in 2001 before being accepted into the Doctor of Dental Surgery program. In 2005, Dr. Chung received his DDS degree from the University of Alberta and has been practicing ever since.

Dr. Chung is passionate about his work and caring for the dental health of his community. To always stay on top of the latest developments in dentistry, he’s continually updating his knowledge with continuing education courses. Patient centered care is at the root of everything he does, and he stresses the importance of making every patient feel comfortable. Dr. Chung is also bilingual in English and Korean.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Chung loves spending family time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and getting involved with anything sports related.
Dr. Anna Goldenberg

General Dentist

Dr. Goldenberg graduated with a DDS degree from the University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania in 1982. Passionate about all aspects of general dentistry, she is committed to continuous education, specialized training, and community involvement related to dental care. Dr. Goldenberg believes in a patient-centered approach, which includes creating personalized treatment plans, ensuring patients feel comfortable, and promoting long-term oral health.

After retiring three years ago, she has returned to part-time dental service, driven by her enduring passion for helping patients. Fluent in Romanian, Hungarian, French, Spanish, and English, Dr. Goldenberg enjoys spending her free time on long walks, hiking, creative painting, and handwork. She also has interests in traveling, fitness, and cooking authentic cultural meals.
Dr. Alex Schvimer

General Dentist

Dr. Schvimer graduated with a DDS degree from the University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 1982. He is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry and is dedicated to continuous education, specialized training, and community involvement in dental care. Dr. Schvimer believes in personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and promote long-term oral health. Having retired three years ago, he has returned to provide part-time dental services, driven by his enduring passion for dentistry.

Fluent in Romanian, Hungarian, French, Hebrew, and English, Dr. Schvimer enjoys long walks, hiking, canoeing, and other outdoor activities in his free time. He also loves entertaining friends and has interests in traveling, fitness, and playing pickleball.
